Job Overview

• Coordinate and manage test activities for various projects.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of payment solutions.
• Monitor and report on test progress, defects, and overall quality metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to work independently with globally distributed teams across multiple geographies and application stacks
• Able to create, monitor, and deliver on test plans.
• E2E testing experience in a complex environment. 
• Automated scheduling of tests for overnight/weekend executions. 
• Reserving test environments and arranging test data/ test environments
• Use Global delivery capabilities to monitor environment health with automated regression suites
• Risk Management capabilities both in terms of identifying QA-related risks and also presenting adequate evidence for risk coverage 

Key Capabilities/Experience

• Proven experience as a Test Coordinator or similar role in the financial services industry.
• Experience with working with Java.
• Experience with working with Cucumber.
• Experience with Postman (or equivalent tools) for API testing. 
• Experience with Middleware testing with MQs, EMS, etc. 
• [Not Required] Experience with the E2E Payments landscape including aspects like Reporting, Reconciliations, Billing, Screening, Fraud, etc
• [Not Required] Basic knowledge about functionalities in Channels, Order Managers, Payment engines, and Account management systems 
• [Not Required] Basic knowledge about message formats like pain.001, and pacs.008, camt.029 etc

• Good Communication skills. Ability to communicate with a diverse set of teams spread across geographies
• Planning and Multitasking capabilities. 
• Able to make a distinction between details vs key issues. 
• Able to identify QA related Risks and communicate these risks effectively
• Able to contribute towards the improvement of QA-related activities
• Adheres to the delivery model and the agile Way of Working. 

Minimum Qualifications

• Good Communication skills. Ability to communicate with a diverse set of teams spread across geographies
• Planning and Multitasking capabilities. Being able to act as test coordinator on 2 or a maximum 3 EPICs, in parallel
• Able to make a distinction between details vs key issues. Able to identify QA related Risks and communicate these risks effectively
• Adheres to the delivery model and the agile Way of Working. Able to contribute towards the improvement on QA-related activities
