GenAI for Inclusion & Impact: Designing a more inclusive bank through Generative AI

Are you a STEM student or recent graduate passionate about AI, technology,dataand social impact?
Do you believe Generative AI can be more than a productivity tool — a real enabler of inclusion and human potential?

This is your opportunity to explore how GenAI can help design a more accessible,inclusiveand human-centered bank.

The Challenge

During this full-day challenge, you will work in diverse teams to imagine and design Generative AI–based solutions that make banking services more accessible,inclusiveand efficient, both for customers and colleagues.

Disability must be embedded in every proposal as a core design requirement, not as an afterthought.
The goal is to develop concrete, realistic ideas that could be applied in a banking environment, generating value from both a technology and a business perspective.

This is not just about innovation.It’sabout showing how GenAI can drive inclusion,accessibilityand full participation, helping people express their potential andshapinga more responsible and human company.

  • A hands-on GenAI & inclusion challenge in a real banking context

  • Collaboration with other talented STEM students and graduates

  • Interaction with our experts,managersand professionals

  • Exposure to how technology,businessand inclusion come together in practice

  • A day of learning, creativity,teamworkand networking

  • At least aBachelor’sdegree ina STEMfield

  • Strong Englishproficiency(the event will be fully in English)

  • Curiosity, problem-solvingmindsetand team spirit

  • Availability to attend in person at our Milan office on May 21, 2026
    (Full-day event, ending by 6:00 PM)
