About the position:

As a Business Administrator on the Lending Analytics & Change Management team, you will play a key role in providing strategic executive support to the Lending Management Team. This includes calendar administration, event management, communications, employee programs and business planning. A key focus of this role will be to support leadership workflows, steer communication development, and support delivery of strategic initiatives across Lending. You will engage with stakeholders across the business, gaining broad exposure and an inside view of how management, strategy, analytics, and change initiatives come together to support our clients and teams.

About the department:

Lending is one of the largest teams within ING’s Wholesale Banking division, providing clients with access to capital through a broad suite of financing solutions. The business spans the full credit lifecycle from loan structuring to portfolio management and serves a diverse client base including corporates, sponsors and institutional investors. Analytics & Change Management supports Lending as the front-office center of expertise, focused on product optimization through strategic initiatives, data analytics, digitalization and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide calendar administration and scheduling support for the Heads of Lending, Transaction Management, Portfolio Management, and Analytics & Change Management
  • Support executive communications by drafting lending‑wide messages, talking points, and presentation materials used in leadership and enterprise forums
  • Plan and coordinate management team meetings, town halls, offsites, client visits, and visitor engagements, including all logistics such as meeting materials, rooms, visitor access and catering
  • Support the lending management team with data analytics including preparation of insights for workforce planning, key performance indicators, and financial reporting
  • Assess, analyze, and execute strategic business projects, including process reviews and redesign efforts that improve effectiveness across the Lending organization
  • Contribute to business continuity efforts by maintaining and updating continuity plans
  • Support people programs such as the early‑career track program, onboarding activities, employee engagement initiatives, and ongoing maintenance of org charts and distribution lists

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 3+ years of experience in Banking
  • Intermediate PowerPoint and Intermediate Excel
  • Executive support and administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Project Management
  • Experience in preparing visual Executive Presentations
  • Data Tracking & Analysis

Salary Range $110,000-$139,000
