We’re Hiring: Exciting New Opportunities in Digital Growth at ING

Presenta la candidatura

At ING, we believe in doing things differently — starting with the freedom to do your thing. We’re a bank that puts people first, champions simplicity and builds digital experiences that actually make sense.

Here, curiosity isn’t just welcomed — it’s encouraged. Ideas are celebrated. And you’re trusted to drive real impact from day one.

As we continue transforming the way Australians bank, we’re gearing up for big things in digital growth. We’re investing heavily in:

  • Smarter customer journeys
  • Cleaner, frictionless funnels
  • Conversion experiences that feel effortless
  • Data-driven decisions at scale

To deliver on this ambition, we’re expanding our Digital Growth & Acquisition team and opening several exciting new roles.

Please include a one‑page cover letter with your application outlining which role appeals to you most and the value you can deliver from day one.

Check out our available roles below:

Acquisition Strategy & Optimisation Manager

Lead end‑to‑end acquisition strategy across key products, optimise journey performance, test new opportunities for growth, and drive measurable uplift across funnels.

What you’ll do

  • Orchestrate and coordinate all digital acquisition activity across paid, owned and earned channels to ensure the full funnel moves in sync.
  • Support and deliver digital campaigns and onsite customer journeys, working closely with performance, SEO, CRO, content and product teams to optimise conversion.
  • Turn insights into action by analysing funnel and performance data, sharing recommendations, and driving structured test‑and‑learn programs.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, keeping squads, agencies and stakeholders aligned, unblocked and focused on the right priorities.

What we’re looking for

  • A connector who thinks end‑to‑end, understands how channels and journeys link together, and brings teams into alignment.
  • A digitally fluent problem‑solver with strong experience in SEO/SEM, analytics, A/B testing, and digital campaign optimisation.
  • An organised yet flexible operator who can manage complexity, prioritise, and adapt quickly to shifting demands.
  • A commercial, outcomes‑driven marketer with 6–7+ years in digital acquisition or digital marketing, ideally in a fast‑paced environment.

Growth Optimisation Manager (CRO)

Champion experimentation, CRO programs, A/B testing and behavioural insights to improve conversion rates and power personalised, high‑impact digital experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Optimise digital sales funnels across priority retail products by diagnosing friction points and delivering A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Lead experimentation end‑to‑end – design, build, analyse and translate outcomes into actionable improvements.
  • Generate insights and performance analysis using dashboards, attribution data and behavioural metrics to inform “next best actions.”
  • Collaborate across Product, Digital, Marketing and UX to implement enhancements and uplift the customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional CRO and digital optimisation expertise with hands‑on experience in experimentation, analytics tools and funnel diagnostics.
  • Customer‑centric problem solver with a data‑driven mindset and the ability to translate complex analytics into clear recommendations.
  • Cross‑functional collaborator who works effectively with stakeholders to drive outcomes without formal authority.
  • Technically confident operator with proficiency in Adobe Analytics/GA, tagging, QA and optimisation tooling, plus a continuous improvement mindset.

SEO/GEO Specialist

Own our search performance across paid and organic channels, uplift our visibility, and ensure customers find us when—and where—it matters most.

What you’ll do

  • Design and execute ING’s end‑to‑end SEO strategy across Pay, Save, Lending and Insurance journeys to drive organic customer acquisition, application starts and revenue.
  • Optimise for both traditional and Generative AI search, improving rankings, AI‑answer visibility, structured data, EEAT, and on‑page conversion.
  • Run technical SEO, content optimisation and experimentation including schema implementation, CWV improvements, A/B tests, landing‑page optimisation and SERP feature wins.
  • Provide insights, reporting and cross‑tribe collaboration to link SEO performance to commercial outcomes and align with Paid Search, Product, Digital, and Marketing.

What we’re looking for

  • An SEO expert with 4–5+ years’ experience, strong technical capability, GA4 knowledge and proficiency with tools like Semrush/Ahrefs.
  • A customer‑journey‑led thinker who blends creative and technical skills and focuses on outcomes that convert.
  • A curious experimenter who embraces GenAI search evolution, tests frequently and iterates based on data.
  • A collaborative partner who works seamlessly across teams, communicates clearly, and balances priorities in a complex environment.

Digital Sales Analyst

Work closely to uncover insights, model performance, diagnose drop‑off points and shape data-driven decisions that fuel business growth.

What you’ll do

  • Analyse digital sales performance, including funnel metrics, customer behaviour, and key KPIs to generate actionable insights.
  • Support optimisation initiatives such as A/B and multivariate testing, campaign tagging, and apply‑flow improvements across digital journeys.
  • Produce regular reporting and dashboards to inform Product Area Leads and senior stakeholders, ensuring visibility of acquisition, CPA and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate across Digital, Marketing, Product and Analytics teams to support digital sales strategy, performance uplift, and effective decision‑making.

What we’re looking for

  • Proficiency with digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), plus experience in funnel reporting, dashboards, and Tableau. Familiarity with SQL is highly desirable.
  • 3+ years’ experience in digital or performance marketing analytics with strong numerical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate data into insights with clear communication to stakeholders.
  • Interest and curiosity in optimisation, experimentation, customer experience, and driving digital sales growth.
