Job Profile Summary

• Ensure settlements control are in place and adhered to group policy & regulatory requirement.
• Maintain operation manuals, timely response to audit and regulatory reports.
• Manages intergroup outsourced service and handles local currency settlements to deliver quality and controlled operational support to Wholesale Banking business.
• Controls operational risks.
• Delivers strategic change requirements for systems or operational model.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages intergroup outsourced service to deliver quality and controlled settlement service for WB business.
• Onboards and maintains oversight of WB sourced services. Ensures supporting governance and regulations for sourcing is complied.
• Support WB product and business initiatives effectively: Daily Operation Process, Deposit account opening and fund transfer process, Inward & Outward Remittance, Lending operational service, Trade Finance operational service.
• Minimizes operational risk and ensures a safe and compliant service is delivered. Ensures settlements control over WB business are in place and adhered to ING policy & regulatory requirements.
• Deliver quality regulatory reporting for WB.
• Accountable and corporative towards internal/external auditors and regulators.
• Builds collaboration with other functions in front office, WB, Risk and Finance for shared bank objectives.
• Back up CSD Financial Market team.

Project and Process Management

• Participates in WB product and service model projects.
• Ensures execution and maintenance related to CSD WB is in comply with Compliance and Legal policies.
• Local FATCA/CRS.
• Assists to implement strategic product system, and other regulatory projects on delivery of WBTOM changes or regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant banking experience.
• Be able to deliver good experience to internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Skilled in operational and processing knowledge of WB products/functions.
• Passionate towards processing excellence and optimizing the client experience.
• Strong risk control ability to avoid/minimize operational risk.
• Strong knowledge to meet local regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions/geographies.
• Fluent in speaking and writing in English for Banking business.
• Ability to adapt to flexible working environment.
