The Team

You’ll be part of the Global CISO Security Awareness team, within the Centre of Expertise Security Portfolio Management, Education and Communication. Our mission is to empower ING employees with the knowledge and mindset to keep our customers and business secure. We design global programs, campaigns, and learning journeys that make security engaging and relevant. The team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and deliver global learning programs that strengthen ING’s security culture.
  • Manage the full learning cycle, from needs analysis to design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality learning solutions.
  • Shape the learning portfolio, creating adaptive and evidence-based learning journeys.
  • Engage with the awareness community, sharing best practices and scaling initiatives globally.
  • Plan and forecast learning activities, ensuring resources and timelines are aligned.
  • Monitor and report on program effectiveness, using insights to continuously improve.

  • Experience managing the full learning cycle in L&D (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of learning trends, methodologies, and platforms.
  • Ability to design engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with security awareness principles is a plus.
