Mission

We are seeking a passionate new colleague to take over the role of Employer Branding Specialist. This role will be pivotal in strengthening ING Bank employer brand on multiple pillars:

  • Gen Z, establishing strong university collaborations, and acting as a key ambassador, bridging the gap between young talent and our company. 
  • Experienced professionals in Tech and Financial Services area, positioning ING as a top employer in the Romanian market.

Your day to day

  • Youth Community Building: Develop and execute initiatives to engage with youth communities, both online and offline. This includes organizing events, workshops, and participating in relevant forums.
  • University Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with universities, career centers, and student organizations. Coordinate campus recruitment activities, career fairs, and presentations.
  • Gen Z Ambassador: Act as the primary point of contact and ambassador for Gen Z talent. Understand their needs, preferences, and aspirations, and translate these insights into effective employer branding strategies.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling and authentic content that resonates with targeted audiences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team, HR, and other departments to ensure a consistent and attractive employer brand message.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of youth and university relations initiatives. Use data to inform and improve future strategies.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute events aimed at attracting young talent, such as hackathons, workshops, and networking sessions.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and recruitment needs.
  • Relationship Building & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders, including human resources team and senior leadership.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences and accurately represents the company culture.
  • Creativity: Ability to develop innovative and creative content across various platforms and initiatives that capture the attention of targeted audiences.
  • Passion for Employee Experience: Genuine passion for creating positive employee experiences and driving employee engagement through employer branding initiatives.
  • Social media savvy: Proficient in using various social media platforms and digital tools to reach and engage with target audiences.
  • Planning & Organizing: Strong organizational and event management skills, with the ability to coordinate and execute successful initiatives.
  • Data-Driven: Analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and make informed decisions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and market trends in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
