Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Analytics Expert to join our Digital Sales Hub Team of Growth 

The responsibility of this team is to achieve sales objectives, boosting digital analytics capability and the use of our MarTech Stack.

You will be responsible for evolve the maturity of Addbe Stack (CJA, AJO, Target) in Digital Sales Hub

In addition, you will evolve digital sales data model and the use of CJA & AJO in Digital Sales Team.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Digital Analytics Expert you will:

Understanding digital sales needs and business needs in order to define how tools can support, accelerate and evolve analysis and activations.

Responsible to connect Customer Development with MarTech Area, translating business requirements, design solutions on the tool,and having a thorough understanding of how it has been done .

Ensure the evolution of the digital data model, the correct tracking of the process (data capture), and identify and request new information to be tracked as required for digital sales optimization.

Ensure data quality in Adobe Stack (On & Off)

Evolve the use of tools: understand all features tools offer, and propose new uses cases to test-

Evolution of digital sales reporting and dashboards to have more relevant information about digital sales performance and to do more in-depth analysis with Customer Journey Analytics

Build the end-to-end view of the journeys using offline & digital data.

Responsible to build how to track the customer journey in the different campaigns and commercial communications.

Master or bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience

High knowledge about MarTech Stack (AEP, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Target)

Estamos buscando a un/a profesional con talento y entusiasmo para ocupar el rol de Digital Analytics Expert e incorporarse a nuestro Digital Sales Hub Team of Growth.
La responsabilidad de este equipo es alcanzar los objetivos de ventas, impulsar las capacidades de analítica digital y el uso de nuestro MarTech Stack.
Serás responsable de evolucionar la madurez del Addbe Stack (CJA, AJO, Target) en el Digital Sales Hub.
Además, evolucionarás el modelo de datos de ventas digitales y el uso de CJA & AJO en el Digital Sales Team.

Tus responsabilidades clave:

Como Digital Analytics Expert, tú:

• Entenderás las necesidades de ventas digitales y las necesidades de negocio con el fin de definir cómo las herramientas pueden apoyar, acelerar y evolucionar los análisis y activaciones.
• Serás responsable de conectar Customer Development con el área MarTech, traduciendo los requisitos de negocio, diseñando soluciones en la herramienta y teniendo un conocimiento exhaustivo de cómo se ha implementado.
• Asegurarás la evolución del modelo de datos digital, el correcto tracking del proceso (data capture), e identificarás y solicitarás nueva información que deba trackearse cuando sea necesario para la optimización de ventas digitales.
• Asegurarás la calidad del dato en Adobe Stack (On & Off).
• Evolucionarás el uso de las herramientas: entender todas las funcionalidades que ofrecen y proponer nuevos use cases para testear.
• Impulsarás la evolución del reporting y dashboards de ventas digitales para disponer de información más relevante sobre el rendimiento digital y para realizar análisis más profundos con Customer Journey Analytics.
• Construirás la visión end-to-end de los journeys utilizando datos offline & digitales.
• Serás responsable de construir cómo trackear el customer journey en las diferentes campañas y comunicaciones comerciales.
