Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Recruitment & Intern to join our Recruitment  Team of HR Hubs Spain.

 In the Recruitment team, you will have the opportunity to get to know and be in contact with different areas of the organisation, which will allow you to get to know the way we work within ING Hubs.

 Through this opportunity you will help leaders define their recruitment needs and the best strategy to address them, as well as efficiently and effectively fill vacancies for those needs.

Your key responsibilities:

 As a Recruitment  Intern Intern you will:

 Support in the management of the end-to-end recruitment process.

• Active sourcing through LinkedIn to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Manage the initial pre-selection of candidates and telephone pinging.
• Collaborate in online interviews with candidates to deepen their skills and experience.
• Facilitate and coordinate candidate interviews.
• Support the company's Employer Branding projects (events, job fairs...) to promote ING Hubs Spain´s employer brand.

 Education: students of Labor Relations, Psychology, Economics, Legal… or similar with interest in Human Resources.
