Your Role and Work Environment

We are looking for a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join the internal UX Design team in ING Bank Italy. You will be the design reference point for the Daily Banking unit, focusing on the creation of digital journeys and functionalities tailored to the needs of private individuals.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead UX/UI design activities for the Daily Banking unit, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define and design user journeys and digital features.
  • Translate business requirements and user insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
  • Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards and are optimized for usability across devices.
  • Work with Orange Juice, the ING Group design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, ideally within complex digital environments.
  • Proven proficiency in Figma for interface design and prototyping.
  • Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices.
  • Experience in banking or financial applications is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.

Working conditions: Full Time

Duration: Permanent
