If you are a Product Manager with experience owning, managing or optimising customer journeys, we encourage you to apply.

We're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate hands-on experience improving customer banking journeys, influencing stakeholders, leveraging customer insights and data to drive decision-making, and delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.

At ING Australia, Product Managers are known internally as Customer Journey Experts (CJEs). Whether your background is in product management, customer experience, journey management, service design or transformation, we'd love to hear from you if you have successfully improved customer outcomes within a banking or financial services environment.

We have upcoming opportunities across both permanent and fixed-term contract positions for individuals who are passionate about solving customer problems, improving experiences and driving meaningful change within a banking environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the analysis, design and optimisation of end-to-end customer journeys across banking products and services.

  • Identify customer pain points and opportunities through customer insights, feedback, data and operational trends.

  • Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk and Customer teams to deliver customer-focused improvements.

  • Drive journey mapping, process redesign and experience enhancements that improve customer and business outcomes.

  • Champion customer-centric thinking and embed journey management best practices across the organisation.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in Customer Journey Management, Customer Experience (CX), Service Design, Process Improvement or Transformation roles.

  • Banking or financial services experience is essential; product-specific expertise is not required.

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to drive outcomes across multiple business functions.

  • Demonstrated experience translating customer insights into practical solutions and measurable results.

  • A passion for improving customer experiences and simplifying complex customer journeys.
