The team

The purpose of the CIO Office is to provide an effective way for CIOs to enhance their management capabilities and address key issues on their agendas and support the CIO organisation. The CIO Office ensures a consistent, transparent and efficient approach to the way the CIO domain delivers value to the business. This leads to improved, strategic execution and operational performance.

This role reports hierarchically to the Lead CIO Office F&R and supports MT F&R by delivering and analyzing financial operations metrics and acting as a business control partner to track IT achievements against objectives.

Roles and responsibilities

• Assist the CIO F&R and F&R leadership team in identifying appropriate metrics and translating objectives and key results into concrete metrics.
• Prepare clear financial reports and dashboards to provide insights into the financial position, enabling informed decision-making by the management team.
• Design and implement reporting frameworks and tools that enhance transparency and decision-making processes.
• Provide insights by connecting different information flows and analyzing management information both structurally and on request.
• Offer actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance decision-making, streamline processes, and meet business goals.
• Align with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including tribes.
• Develop, manage, and optimize financial processes within the tribes.
• Support the implementation of strategic CTO initiatives with local management information.
• Proactively suggest improvements to the management information flow within the F&R domain.

• University/Postgraduate (Master’s degree).
• Substantial general work experience with comprehensive experience in metrics reporting and data analytics.
• Experience working in a large global (matrix) organization.
• Highly analytical with the ability to swiftly identify core issues.
• Possess organizational sensitivity and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrate flexibility to get things done, not giving up when challenges arise.
• Effective and highly appreciated team player.
• Ability to filter and synthesize a wide range of information while focusing on essentials and priorities.
• Proficient in stakeholder management, comfortable operating at senior leadership levels.
• Anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.
• Enthusiastic, dedicated to aiding others' success, and staying proactive.
• Ability to simplify complexity and drive operational excellence.
• Ability to support yourself and other team members in development.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent level of English.
• Experience in a financial environment is a plus.
