Job Description

A day in the life of an Intern in the Structured Front Office Lease team

You will support the Structured Front Office team in day‑to‑day business tasks.
Prepare and send email replies to customers, ensuring clear and professional communication.

Create quotations and follow up on them: monitor statuses, chase pending feedback, and ensure timely progression.
Coordinate with CLT and Sales teams to ensure alignment and efficient information flow.
Identify tasks that can be transferred or optimized and propose improvements where relevant.

Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree;
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Language: French and Dutch mandatory and English is a plus
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Organizational skills and attention to detail

As an intern in the Structured Front Office team, you will have the opportunity to:

· Develop an expertise in the front office workflows

· Get a practical experience in client service, follow‑up and coordination

· Have an understanding of sales and structured leasing activities

· Collaborate within a dynamic commercial environment
