What’s it like to always offer your customers the very best, most consistent experience possible – in everything you think and do? Our Customer Journey Experts (CJEs) know the answer better than anyone. They drive projects in different fields like marketing, data analysis, process and product management who empower our clients to take care of their finances easily, quickly and efficiently – as digitally yet as personally as possible.

What is your role?

As a Customer Journey Expert, you are a linking pin in the bank and closely work with experts in different fields (IT developers, legal experts, data analysts...) to provide the ultimate ‘customer journey’. You create impact in the life of our customers, from designing the customer journey, to bringing the flow live and taking that improvement to our customers.  

You might think of and implement new or improved mortgage propositions. You might develop a new feature for our mobile banking app or perhaps design and deliver our marketing approach towards small businesses.

The products that you and your colleagues develop could eventually be rolled out worldwide, so just think of how many customers your work will impact on!
