Product Owner

Key Responsibilities

• Work with various stakeholders to understand business value, market context and customer problems.
• Document requirements for upcoming product/process releases assuring those needs are met and communicate progress/status clearly.
• Build, prioritize, monitor, and maintain the squad backlog, prioritizing stories for each sprint;
• Speed up decision making for the squad by ensuring features/user stories start with the right data and analysis;
•Apply agile knowledge to identify, escalate, and remove squad impediments.
•Work closely with the team, to create new and improved features for process owned by the squad
•Define and track product and process metrics/KPIs on entire e2e value chain
•Take care of the asset allocated on the squad in terms of IT Risk and IT Security

Key Capabilities/Experience

•5+ years work experience in Product Management/Project Management within complex IT projects
•Excellent data analysis skills
•Strong knowledge of Italian and English
•Strong verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors)
•Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to define and handle product/process requirements & backlog
•Knowledge of the tools, techniques and principles used in Lean-Agile development.
•Creative minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content
•Strong risk awareness
