Product Manager for Mobile and Web Backend

Within the newly formed Tribe for Global Digital & Assisted Channels, we are working every day on our mobile and web channels to provide our customers with the best digital experience. This might be a great opportunity for you: we are looking for a Product Manager Mobile and Web Backend to join our Tribe in the Product Channel Communication Capabilities. Join us, if you’re passionate about improving our digital channels.

You will work with a wide variety of stakeholders, ranging from product teams to business leads, to deliver innovative, data-driven personalization solutions. We are seeking someone who thrives in collaborative environments and is excited to bring new, forward-thinking ideas on how to enhance the experience across our mobile and web platforms. On top of that we are actively extending our app and web channels to Italy, Romania, Germany and Australia.

What will you do?

  • You are able to solve complex puzzles in the back-end of our App and Web platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders to gather insights and prioritize backend deliverables together with the product owner
  • Bring innovative ideas to the table on how to further personalize and enhance the app experience for our customers
  • Be data-driven, using impact assessments and data insights to make decisions and prioritize features
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements, working closely with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Apply your product knowledge to improve your squad’s predictability, output quality, and overall velocity
  • Ensure our personalization solutions comply with regulatory requirements and maintain flawless 24/7 operations

How to succeed

  • You are collaborative and enjoy working with diverse teams and stakeholders across the business and across multiple countries
  • You have strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate ideas and execute strategies
  • You have an education and/or experience on the cutting edge of business and IT (experience in software delivery projects is a plus)
  • You have a basic understanding of what an API does and how it interacts with a front-end
  • You are data-driven and comfortable making decisions based on metrics and impact
  • You are skilled at prioritizing tasks and balancing competing demands
  • You have experience with agile methodologies, such as scrum
  • You have experience working in cross functional teams as Customer Journey Expert, Product Manager or Business Analyst, and you are comfortable managing a product backlog
  • You are fluent in English, written and verbal

  • A salary indication € 4300 – € 7000 gross monthly, based on 36 hours per week
