ServiceNow Expert Engineer

The expected salary for this position: 13 000 - 18 000 PLN gross

We are looking for you, if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration,
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and/or IT Operations Management – Data Foundations,
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience with common web and platform technologies such as XML, JavaScript, JSON, HTML and CSS,
• Experience with CI/CD and Automated Test Framework (ATF),
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification,
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification,
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS‑ITSM) and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CIS‑DF),
• A strong command of English, both written and spoken,
• A growth mindset, strong customer focus, and a collaborative attitude
• The ability to understand, challenge, and deliver solutions that meet business requirements.

You'll get extra points for:

• Experience with Now Assist,
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – any other product,
• Experience with Azure DevOps,
• Experience with Kafka.

Your responsibilities:

• Developing, maintaining, and supporting ServiceNow applications in line with business requirements and best practices,
• Integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs, web services, and orchestration,
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to functionality, performance, and security,
• Collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions,
• Supporting the Product Manager with functional refinements to assess technical feasibility,
• Staying up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and platform trends,

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be "Engineer IV".
