Role Summary
As a Copilot Studio AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain AI agents and solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

Our AI team helps ING unlock the potential of Generative AI through scalable, responsible, and innovative solutions.

What You Will Do
• Build and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Develop reusable AI components and agentic solution patterns
• Apply prompt engineering best practices
• Design grounding and context-management approaches
• Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft technologies, APIs, and connectors
• Conduct testing, validation, and production deployments
• Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvements
• Collaborate with business and operations teams

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–6 years of software development or automation experience
• Proven experience building GenAI solutions with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Strong understanding of AI development methodologies
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, grounding strategies, and AI agent design
• Experience with API integrations and Microsoft ecosystem technologies
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
