We have a vacancy for a Learning Consultant within the COO Academy for the area of Data and Analytics.

Your new role:

As Learning Consultant you will be working under the area of Data & Analyticsto support COO staff. You will manage and deliver projects according to the agreed plans, contracted deliverables and the agreed scope. You will also oversee the management of activities of the project delivery teams to ensure deliverables are being completed to defined expectations. You will maintain frequent and detailed communication with all members of the team to ensure clarity at all times; as well as identifying, communicating and where necessary escalating deviations from plan without unduly affecting the stated objectives and benefits and maintain clarity. It is also expected for you to proactively manage foreseen project risks and mitigate issues as they arise, implementing

What are you going to do

*Execute the learning process from all projects; carry out an internal review with the delivery team and actively seek feedback from clients and stakeholders; implement any corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement

*Manage project administration tasks and create & maintain the project stage document

*Undertake any other project management duties as required.

*Work with senior learning consultants to support the delivery of Data and Analytics COO Academy’s learning initiatives as well as on individual tasks and assigned responsibilities

*Be responsible for the full learning life cycle, so you can expect your role to be varied while fully utilizing your expertise across multiple disciplines including (but not limited to) learning needs analysis, design and development, facilitation, testing, virtual instruction and stakeholder engagement

You will work together daily with experts in Data and Analytics, as well as with other Academy learning consultants, content developers and trainers. You will keep an eye out for learning trends and developments, best practices, and innovations relevant to (ING’s) Operations practices. You will process changes and feedback to training content in a timely manner.
