We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our Private Banking Team of Retail Affluent Tribes

The responsability of this team is to deliver exceptional service to our Affluent clients by helping them build well-balanced portfolios tailored to their knowledge, suitability, and future financial needs. Our goal is to increase our share of wallet with existing clients while attracting new Affluent clients from other banks. Our way of working is showcase our distinctive approach, products, and proactive service model—anticipating client needs, removing friction, and creating a seamless and rewarding experience for both current and potential clients.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Team Leader your responsibilities are

Positively contributes to delivering excellent service to clients, supporting them in reaching their financial goals through personalized advice and solutions that optimize the use of their savings. By consistently providing value, we help drive growth within the Affluent segment

Co-create the commercial strategy for the Affluent segment, fostering collaboration across all ING Spain T2D teams to ensure alignment, scalability, and impact. This joint effort aims to accelerate segment growth and strengthen our market positioning.

Ensure to be a first line of defense for the bank, acting with integrity and always prioritizing the client’s best interest while strictly adhering to ING’s policies, regulatory standards, and ethical expectations. This reinforces trust and safeguards both the client and the institution.

Providing Ongoing Commercial Training to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and best practices.

Acting as a commercial guide, setting clear direction and supporting strategic decision making.

Delivering coaching and constructive feedback for foster individual and team performance.

Driving Professional growth, creating opportunities for career development and skills enhacements within the team.

Estamos buscando un/a Team Leader con talento y entusiasmo para unirse a nuestro equipo de Private Banking dentro de las Retail Affluent Tribes.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es ofrecer un servicio excepcional a nuestras personas clientas Affluent, ayudándoles a construir carteras bien equilibradas adaptadas a su conocimiento, idoneidad y necesidades financieras futuras. Nuestro objetivo es aumentar nuestra cuota de cartera con clientes existentes, al tiempo que atraemos nuevas personas Affluent de otros bancos. Nuestra forma de trabajar consiste en mostrar nuestro enfoque distintivo, productos y modelo de servicio proactivo: anticipando las necesidades de las personas clientas, eliminando fricciones y creando una experiencia fluida y gratificante tanto para clientes actuales como potenciales.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Como Team Leader, tus responsabilidades son:

• Contribuir positivamente a ofrecer un servicio excelente a las personas clientas, apoyándoles en alcanzar sus objetivos financieros mediante asesoramiento personalizado y soluciones que optimicen el uso de sus ahorros. Al aportar valor de forma constante, ayudamos a impulsar el crecimiento dentro del segmento Affluent.
• Co-crear la estrategia comercial para el segmento Affluent, fomentando la colaboración entre todos los equipos T2D de ING España para garantizar alineación, escalabilidad e impacto. Este esfuerzo conjunto tiene como objetivo acelerar el crecimiento del segmento y reforzar nuestro posicionamiento en el mercado.
• Asegurar ser la primera línea de defensa para el banco, actuando con integridad y priorizando siempre el interés de la persona cliente, cumpliendo estrictamente con las políticas de ING, los estándares regulatorios y las expectativas éticas. Esto refuerza la confianza y protege tanto a la persona cliente como a la institución.
• Proporcionar formación comercial continua para garantizar que el equipo esté equipado con los conocimientos más recientes y las mejores prácticas.
• Actuar como guía comercial, estableciendo una dirección clara y apoyando la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
• Ofrecer coaching y feedback constructivo para fomentar el rendimiento individual y del equipo.
• Impulsar el crecimiento profesional, creando oportunidades para el desarrollo de carrera y la mejora de competencias dentro del equipo.
