Mission

As part of the team, you will help to create the ING Business experience of tomorrow, by bringing innovation and reasoning into day-to-day activities. ING Business is the digital channel dedicated for all the entrepreneurs, available, secure and relevant in our clients’ lives.

We are seeking a colleague who can navigate complex global implementations, while being creative and innovative in the local ones. You will work in a multifunctional environment where you have to identify optimal strategies to enhance value delivered for the client.

Your day to day

• Work in a multifunctional team (squad) and contribute to all team agile ceremonies.

• Maintain and develop features for the Digital platform under the squad’s purpose and observe key objectives impacted by these features.

• Develop new products and services or processes associated with the products, in all stages of their life cycle, having as focus the customer experience.

• Together with the Marketing & Customer Experience team, use ING standards to explore customer issues / needs and validate solutions before deciding if and how to implement the feature / product.

• Work closely with various stakeholders, collect feedback, listen and challenge them so we can build a feature that delivers the most value to the customer.

• Contribute to business cases / analyses necessary to obtain the approvals of the product development initiatives. Submit new proposals and get management approval for implementation.

• Identify and evaluate the risks associated with product development proposals, propose, and implement actions to reduce the identified risks.

• Define requirements for IT developments or non-IT actions respecting the standards regarding the availability and clarity of the necessary information (definition of ready) and the objectives to be implemented (definition of done).

• Actively identify dependencies with other teams in ING, collaborate and communicate permanently with all areas affected and ensure the delivery is correlated and done by all teams.

• Have an MVP mindset and structure all implementations with an iterative approach that brings value to the customer and minimizes the time to market.

• Learn about new technologies and adopt innovations to develop the Digital platform under the squad’s purpose.

• Collaborate with the responsible communication teams in ING to establish communications with the customer in all stages of customer interaction, as well as to launch a product and educate the customer on how to use it.

• Collaborate with other departments to define, monitor, and evaluate the criteria for measuring customer satisfaction throughout its interaction with the product.

• Use customer feedback to propose and implement actions to improve the customer experience.

• Ensures that products, processes and related documentation comply with internal / external regulations, risk policies and legal requirements.

• You are responsible for the digital processes associated with the products / services / features under the squad’s purpose and for proper functioning of these processes.

What you bring to the team

• At least 3 years of experience in Digital Channels Management or Product Management.

• Experience managing complex digital implementations.

• Experience in global implementations of a digital banking platform would be a plus.

• Experience in implementing payments / transactions functionalities in digital platforms for companies (entrepreneurs) would be a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience in deciding features for minimum viable product (MVP).

• Experience working in environments with frequent production releases, requesting and testing IT Developments.

• Proactivity and ability to work autonomously, being a great team player.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Solid planning and organizing skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

• Flexibility to adapt quickly to changes and a positive and constructive mindset.

• High sense of responsibility and accountability.

• Proficiency in English.
