Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Analytics Expert to join our MarTech Team of Growth 

The responsibility of this team is to evolve MarTech Stack, boosting digital analytics capability and the use of Customer Journey Analytics to track end-to-end Journey.

You will be responsible for evolve the maturity of Adobe Stack (CJA, AJO, Target), digital data model and the use of CJA & AJO in Growth

Your key responsibilities:

As a Digital Analytics Expert you will:

Understanding digital sales needs and business needs in order to define data and how to evolve AEP, CJA, AJO tools.

Responsible to AEP (CJA, AJO) set up, integration of tools.

Design solutions to accelerate bussiness goals at teh same time protect the correct use of the tools and efficiency in tracking.

Ensure the evolution of the data model in AEP & CJA in order to evolve Digital Analytics Capabilities, and to evolve Customer Journeys trackings.

Evolve the use of tools: understand all features tools offer, and propose new uses cases to test.

Evolution of digital sales reporting and dashboards to have more relevant information about campaigns and journeys performance and to do more in-depth analysis with Customer Journey Analytics

Build the end-to-end view of the journeys using offline & digital data.

Responsible to build how to track the customer journey in the different campaigns and commercial communications, slots, and formats.

Master or bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience

High knowledge about MarTech Stack (AEP, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Target) in terms of features, implementation and AEP data model.

Knoweldge marketing automation tools: AJO

Knoweldge abour other MarTech tools: Tealium, DIDOMI, heatmaps...

Great organizational, oral and written communication skills

Passionate about innovation, new market trends and future thinker

Able to work in an autonomous way, to take initiative and to make things happen with a can-do attitude

Problem solving mindset

Good team player, willing to collaborate with different people

Very good oral and written English skills

Estamos buscando un/a Digital Analytics Expert con talento y entusiasmo para unirse al equipo de MarTech dentro de la tribu de Growth.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es evolucionar el MarTech Stack, impulsar las capacidades de analítica digital y fomentar el uso de Customer Journey Analytics para analizar los journeys de principio a fin.

Serás responsable de evolucionar la madurez del Adobe Stack (CJA, AJO, Target), del modelo de datos digital y del uso de CJA y AJO dentro de Growth.

Tus principales responsabilidades

Como Digital AnalyticsExpert, te encargarás de:

• Comprender las necesidades de ventas digitales y las necesidades del negocio para definir datos y cómo evolucionar las herramientas AEP, CJA y AJO.

• Ser responsable de la configuración de AEP (CJA, AJO) y de la integración de las distintas herramientas.

• Diseñar soluciones que aceleren los objetivos del negocio, garantizando a la vez el correcto uso de las herramientas y la eficiencia en el tracking.

• Asegurar la evolución del modelo de datos en AEP y CJA para mejorar las capacidades de analítica digital y los trackings de los Customer Journeys.

• Impulsar el uso de las herramientas: entender todas sus funcionalidades y proponer nuevos casos de uso para testear.

• Evolucionar los reportings y dashboards de ventas digitales para obtener información más relevante sobre el rendimiento de campañas y journeys, y realizar análisis más profundos con Customer Journey Analytics.

• Construir la visión end-to-end de los journeys integrando datos offline y digitales.

• Ser responsable de definir cómo trackear el customer journey en las diferentes campañas y comunicaciones comerciales, así como en los distintos slots y formatos.

• Grado o máster con un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia.

• Conocimiento avanzado del MarTech Stack (AEP, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Target) en funcionalidades, implementación y modelo de datos AEP.

• Conocimiento de herramientas de marketing automation como Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

• Conocimientos sobre otras herramientas MarTech: Tealium, Didomi, heatmaps, etc.

• Excelentes habilidades organizativas, de comunicación oral y escrita.

• Pasión por la innovación, las nuevas tendencias del mercado y visión de futuro.

• Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma, tomar iniciativa y hacer que las cosas sucedan con actitud positiva.

• Mentalidad analítica y orientada a la resolución de problemas.

• Buen/a compañero/a de equipo, con ganas de colaborar con diferentes personas.

• Muy buen nivel de inglés, oral y escrito.

• Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno internacional.
