Internship Corporate Communication, Tech & Tooling

We’re looking for a proactive and creative intern to join our Global Communications, Tech & Tooling function in the HQ team. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys digital and technology, and is passionate about data & analytics to encourage data-driven decisions within a global brand.

About Us

We are ING, a global financial institution with a strong European base, committed to providing outstanding banking services. Our Corporate Communication (Group Comms) team is part of the Global Communications, Brand, and MarCom departments, focusing on creating impactful internal & external communication strategies to drive engagement and managing ING`s brand reputation.

Role Overview

During your internship, you will support several initiatives designed to enhance tech & tooling activities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in maintaining and updating the global corporate website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and engaging.
• Support the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from various sources. Assist in creating and maintaining data dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for different departments.
• Support with data analysis and visualization.
• Work closely with various teams to understand their data needs and provide support in using analytics tools and dashboards.
• Supporting content ideas to engage with our internal social platforms to ensure an active and connected environment.
  

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive intern who is eager to learn and contribute to community engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will:

• Be a WO student in Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, International Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization tools.
• Passionate about data and analytics and who can help others to read the data.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Possess strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Creative, proactive, hands-on and able to work both independently and in a team.
