BMG carries out its banking business activity in the Netherlands (Amsterdam) and is part of ING Wholesale Banking / Transaction Services.

Roles and responsibilities

As Paralegal you will provide legal support to the Clients & Products department by drafting various types of documents, maintenance of the contract administration and, in close co-operation with the Legal Counsels, advising the department on deviations on the standard documentation.

Primary responsibilities:

• Drafting various types of agreements and letters
• Maintaining and updating the contract administration and templates of legal documentation
• Consulting with the Legal Counsels on deviations to agreements/letters and related legal issues
• All administrative aspects related to the job

You have a

• Bachelor's degree in Dutch law
• Relevant work experience in the legal domain (preferably knowledge of cash management products)
• Proven English language skills
• Affinity with legal issues
• Strong team player

You will be based in our offices at the Herengracht in Amsterdam and be part of the Clients & Products department.
