Your Mission

As a Digital Customer Journey Expert, you will:

  • Design and optimize customer-centric onboarding journeys.

  • Use data insights and dashboards to drive decisions and measure success.

  • Bridge business and IT, ensuring smooth delivery of digital solutions.

  • Document processes, manage dependencies, and perform end-to-end testing.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • CX mindset and passion for customer experience.

  • Data-driven approach and strong analytical skills.

  • Ability to create and interpret dashboards.

  • Knowledge of IT landscape and understanding business-to-IT complexities

  • Familiarity with ING back-office applications (Easyweb/Onepam).

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and tagging measurement plans.

  • Testing capabilities and project management experience.

  • Knowledge of onboarding processes (customer data, KYC, product opening).
