Mission

Authorities Requests Investigations team, as part of the Fraud Monitoring and Prevention Department, is looking for a Junior member in the team. We are in charge of the relationship with State Authorities, by managing their requests for information and documents.

As a junior member of the team, you will take care of the preliminary stages of handling the requests received from the authorities.

Your day to day

• Receive requests for information from the authorities detailed in the Internal Working manual.

• Inserts into the database / internal platform all the data related to requests received from authorities.

• Requests information and documents from the internal departments of the Bank.

• Extracts and processes directly the data from the Bank's IT systems, where it has direct access, according to the degree of expertise.

• Draw up the response to low complexity requests based on data and documents extracted from the Bank's IT systems and/or received from collaborating departments.
