ING Hubs Poland is hiring!

We are looking for you if:

  • you have more than 3 years of experience in REACT software development,
  • you have knowledge of JavaScrpit ES6+, Typescript,
  • you have knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS,
  • you have experience in developing unit tests for applications,
  • you have basic knowledge of SOLID, KISS, DRY and other,
  • you are being a strong team player with very good communication skills,
  • you are able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing.

You'll get extra points for:

  • you have basic knowledge of CI/CD,
  • you have basic knowledge and experience in Agile (ex. Scrum methodology).

Your responsibilities:

  • 70% - design, analyzing and designing new features together with the team,
  • 20% - application monitoring, supporting, contribution on refinements,
  • 10% -  meetings (Scrum events), daily operation and applications monitoring.

Information about the squad:

The main aim of our area is to create a landing page for all ING developers. This page will help them organize their products, visualize dependencies, and interact easily with other services within ING from a single location. This landing page is the Backstage@ING platform, based on an open-source solution. Additionally, while developing the platform, we aim to contribute back to the open-source solution.

Your new squad will cooperate directly with the Backstage Core team. The main goal of the squad is to create and maintain templates, plugins, and automated processes that comply with ING standards on the Backstage@ING platform.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer III”.
