Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) Analyst to join our Financial Crime Prevention Team of Client Service Delivery (WB).

The responsibility of this team is to ensure that KYC for periodic review and onboarding clients is completed on time.  Our way of working requires organization skills, proactivity, and attention to detail.

Your key responsibilities:

As a FCP Analyst you will:

• Play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating risks associated with client onboarding and ongoing monitoring.
• Be responsible for conducting thorough due diligence on new and existing customers to assess their suitability and adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations and ING policy.
• Positively contribute to the smooth flow of all the KYC scopes within the Team.
• Identify room for improvement in the processes and procedures for KYC.
• Ensure the approval of CDD’s and avoid that valid CDD’s expire.

• Strong organizational, planning and time management skills as well as analytical skills
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written (additional language is a bonus, but not required)
• Expertise in KYC
• Possess drive with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Consistently achieve results, even under difficult circumstances and an ability to prioritize
• Focus on delivery on time with attention to detail
• Recognize important information, ability to research and make connections
• Good knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Wholesale Banking experience (3 years a plus)

Buscamos a una persona con talento, entusiasmo y compromiso para unirse al equipo de Prevención de Crimen Financiero (FCP) dentro de Client Service Delivery (Wholesale Banking).

Este equipo es responsable de asegurar que los procesos de KYC (conozca a su clientela), tanto para revisiones periódicas como para nuevas incorporaciones, se completen a tiempo. Nuestra forma de trabajar requiere organización, proactividad y atención al detalle.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

Como FCP Analyst, tu misión será:

• Jugar un papel clave en el cumplimiento normativo y en la mitigación de riesgos relacionados con la incorporación y seguimiento de clientela.
• Realizar análisis de debida diligencia (due diligence) a personas y entidades, nuevas y existentes, para asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas de prevención de blanqueo de capitales (AML) y financiación del terrorismo (CTF), así como de las políticas internas de ING.
• Contribuir activamente al buen funcionamiento de todos los procesos de KYC dentro del equipo.
• Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procedimientos y procesos de KYC.
• Asegurar la aprobación de los expedientes de CDD (Customer Due Diligence) y evitar su caducidad.

• Capacidad para priorizar y obtener resultados incluso en situaciones complejas.
• Atención al detalle y enfoque en la entrega a tiempo.
• Capacidad para identificar información clave, investigar y establecer conexiones.
• Buen manejo de herramientas de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experiencia en banca mayorista (mínimo 3 años, valorable).
