Purpose of the Role

You will lead strategic HR transformation programs that improve processes, elevate employee experience, and align with ING’s vision for operational excellence. This role is about more than efficiency—it’s about creating HR experiences that delight, empower, and inspire.

Your Work Environment

You’ll join the People Services leadership team, working closely with Operational Excellence and Employee Experience teams. Together, we deliver HR services that empower employees and support ING’s purpose. You’ll collaborate across HR Expertise tracks and COO People to ensure transformation programs fit seamlessly into the global HR roadmap.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead HR Transformation Programs: Drive initiatives that reshape HR processes and enhance employee experience.
  • Connect Strategy and Execution: Align organizational priorities, HR hierarchy, and COO People functional lines.
  • Innovate with Tech & AI: Bring digital solutions and data-driven insights to make HR future-proof.
  • Collaborate Across Borders: Partner with global teams to deliver scalable, consistent solutions.

Education & Experience

  • University degree (or equivalent).
  • +8 years of experience in program management and transformation, ideally within HR or related domains.
  • Managerial experience in planning and managing resources for complex projects.
  • Language skills: ENG/NL/FR.
