Product Manager General Insurance - 6 months secondment opportunity

We’re offering an exciting 6-months fixed term contract for someone ready to deepen their product expertise, shape customer journeys, and work hands‑on within our General/Life Insurance squad.

You’ll collaborate in an agile environment, influence product strategy, and drive meaningful improvements that directly impact our customers.

Please note this is a 6-months fixed term contract.


What you’ll do

  • Drive and support the end‑to‑end lifecycle of our general insurance products, working closely with our insurance partner to optimise service delivery and performance.
  • Represent the voice of the customer by enhancing acquisition, retention and the overall customer journey, ensuring a seamless digital experience.
  • Manage product enhancements, incident resolution and continuous improvement initiatives—keeping customer outcomes and compliance at the centre.
  • Contribute to strategic decisions by bringing market, regulatory and competitive insights that help shape product, pricing and channel strategy.

What we’re looking for

  • Exceptional experience in general insurance or related product management, with the ability to manage product performance and customer outcomes.
  • A data‑driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders, manage vendors and operate effectively within an agile squad.
  • Someone proactive, customer‑obsessed and comfortable balancing commercial, regulatory and operational considerations.
