Wat doet een Hypotheekadviseur Centraal

Als Hypotheekadviseur Centraal help je klanten op afstand bij de financiering van hun woonwens. Je werkt zowel vanuit één van onze inspirerende centrale locaties (Bunnik, Den Haag, Eindhoven, Zwolle en Zaandam) als vanuit huis. Op dit moment zoeken we vooral nieuwe adviseurs voor de omgeving Den Haag en Amsterdam.

Je werkt intensief samen met je collega’s aan het verwezenlijken van woondromen van onze klanten. Zoveel mogelijk huizenkopers duurzaam vooruithelpen in hun woonreis waarbij digitaal gemak en ‘human touch’ hand in hand gaan. Dit is waar wij iedere dag met veel passie mee aan de slag gaan.

Hoe ziet je werk eruit?

Afspraken met (potentiële) klanten worden ingepland in jouw agenda. Op het afgesproken tijdstip geef je advies via een beeldgesprek. Jij kunt als geen ander “op afstand een klik maken” en weet met jouw enthousiasme de klant te winnen voor jou en voor ING. Je krijgt er energie van om op een dag veel verschillende klanten op verschillende momenten in hun klantreis te spreken, begeleiden en adviseren. Dit vereist flexibiliteit, empathisch vermogen en grip op jouw agenda. Je spreekt voornamelijk starters, doorstromers en oversluiters, maar ook klanten die hun hypotheek willen verhogen voor verduurzamen of verbouwen. Met extra ‘skills’ zoals advies geven aan expats, ondernemers en bij nieuwbouwprojecten kun je jezelf verder ontwikkelen en help je ons om deze klantgroepen nóg beter te bedienen. Je werkt gemiddeld een avond per week en een zaterdag in de maand.

Elk gesprek is een kans

Je weet je op te laden voor elk gesprek: weer een kans waarin jij een klant met jouw kennis en kunde helpt met informatie en advies op maat. Dit vraagt van jou een hoge handelingssnelheid en maximale efficiency. Het is jouw passie om zoveel mogelijk klanten voor jou te winnen en daarmee samen met je collega’s de financiële ambities te behalen. Je bent ook in staat om een klant verder te helpen daar waar een financiering niet passend is in de financiële gezondheid.

Jij maakt woonwensen werkelijkheid

Als Hypotheekadviseur Centraal ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gehele hypotheektraject. Van een oriëntatiegesprek naar een adviestraject tot en met het passeren bij de notaris. In de oriëntatiefase geef je de klant de inzichten die hij/zij nodig heeft om succesvol tot aankoop over te kunnen gaan. Je bent proactief in het bieden van hulp en tips en daarmee ontzorg je jouw klant. Als de klant heeft gekocht ga je samen het adviestraject in. Dan geef je in de volle breedte invulling aan het best passende advies. Uiteraard help je dan ook met een plan van aanpak om te verduurzamen en zorg je ervoor dat risico’s afgedekt worden. Dit advies werk je uit in een Persoonlijk Hypotheek Advies waarin je de uitgangspunten, de gemaakte keuzes en risico’s zorgvuldig vastlegt.

Je geniet ervan als je een klant in de eerste fase van de klantreis met informatie hebt geholpen en deze dankzij jou een woonwens met ING heeft gerealiseerd. Daarmee weet je deze klanten ook te motiveren om bij hun vrienden en kennissen jou als adviseur en ING als hypotheekverstrekker aan te bevelen.

Wat is jouw profiel?

• Afgerond HBO- of WO opleiding
• In het bezit van WFT Basis & Hypothecair Krediet en bij voorkeur ook WFT Vermogen
• Erkend Financieel Adviseur is een pré
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift en je kunt ook een gesprek in het Engels voeren
• Enkele jaren commerciële werkervaring in een adviesomgeving
• Je bent in staat om via een beeldgesprek een persoonlijke connectie te maken
• Je wil elke dag het beste uit je zelf halen en staat er voor open om nieuwe dingen te leren

Buying a house, and taking out a mortgage before that, is perhaps the most important financial decision in a person's life. In line with our purpose "Empowering people to stay a step ahead in life and in business", we want to help our customers make sustainable choices to be and remain financially healthy.

What does a Mortgage Advisor Central do?

As a Mortgage Advisor Central, you help customers remotely with the financing of their housing wishes. You will work from one of our inspiring central locations (Bunnik, The Hague, Eindhoven, Zwolle and Zaandam) as well as from home. At this time we are searching for advisors in the The Hague and Amsterdam areas.

You will work intensively with your colleagues to make our customers' housing dreams come true. Helping as many homebuyers as possible to move forward sustainably in their home journey, where digital convenience and 'human touch' go hand in hand. This is what we work on every day with great passion.

What does your work look like?

Appointments with (potential) customers are scheduled in your calendar. At the agreed time, you give advice via a video call. You can "make a connection remotely" like no other and know how to win the customer over to you and to ING with your enthusiasm. You get energy from speaking, guiding and advising many different customers at different times in their customer journey in a day. This requires flexibility, empathy and control over your agenda. You mainly speak to first-time buyers, those moving up the ladder and those who are refinancing, but also customers who want to increase their mortgage for sustainability or renovation. With extra 'skills' such as giving advice to expats, entrepreneurs and new construction projects, you can develop yourself further and help us to serve these customer groups even better. On average, you work one evening a week and one Saturday a month.

Every conversation is an opportunity

You know how to recharge for every conversation: another opportunity in which you help a customer with your knowledge and skills with tailor-made information and advice. This requires you to act quickly and to achieve maximum efficiency. It is your passion to win over as many customers as possible and thus achieve the financial ambitions together with your colleagues. You are also able to help a customer where financing is not appropriate in their financial health.

You make housing wishes come true

As a Central Mortgage Advisor, you are responsible for the entire mortgage process. From an orientation meeting to an advisory process up to and including passing by the notary. In the orientation phase, you give the customer the insights he/she needs to successfully make a purchase. You are proactive in offering help and tips, which relieves your customer of your worries. Once the customer has purchased, you enter the advisory process together. Then you give substance to the most appropriate advice across the board. Of course, you also help with a plan of action to become more sustainable and ensure that risks are covered. You elaborate this advice in a Personal Mortgage Advice in which you carefully record the starting points, the choices made and the risks.

You enjoy it when you have helped a customer with information in the first phase of the customer journey and thanks to you, they have realized a housing wish with ING. In this way, you also know how to motivate these customers to recommend you as an advisor and ING as a mortgage lender to their friends and acquaintances.

What is your profile?

• Completed Bachelor or Masters education
• In possession of WFT Basic & Mortgage Credit and preferably also WFT Equity
• Certified Financial Advisor is an advantage
• You have a good command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing, and you can also have a conversation in English
• Several years of commercial work experience in a consulting environment
• You are able to make a personal connection through a video call
• You want to get the best out of yourself every day and are open to learning new things
