CTO Engineering & reliability is looking for a Risk Professional - 1st Line Of Defense to ensure that ING's activities are in line with regulatory requirements and run smoothly in such a way that it can be demonstrated to the regulators and the outside world.

We have in-depth collaboration with our business partners and our tech colleagues as well as with our 2LoD and 3rd LOD colleagues. The team’s nature is characterized as self-organized, hard-working with a sound dose of humour for reflection and relief. We are open and transparent with each other. Given the current team composition we are looking for female candidates.

What you'll do

Contribute to the integrity of ING's products, services, employees, and compliance with respect to the outside world. To, for management, identify risks and perform risk management as per the Enterprise Risk Management methodology for the various Risk focus areas such as Operational Risk Management, Information Risk Management (IAM, change management, platform security, Security monitoring etc ..)  and Compliance (Non-Financial Risk).

In general, support teams and advise management in managing these risks and the in-control process, by identifying, classifying and reducing the various risks in the business to enable management to control risks and hence prevent or mitigate possible losses for ING.

How to succeed

  • CISM and/or CISA certification (Certifications in Audit, Information Security, (Enterprise) Risk Management) is a pre

  • In-depth knowledge of Risk Management procedures and methodologies, risk assessments, etc.

  • Knowledge of control testing and Sox testing is a plus

  • Good written and verbal English language experience (we are an international team operating from multiple locations with a diverse mix of cultures and personalities and interacting internationally.

  • (Prior) ING citizen is a pre

  • (Senior) Management visibility,

  • Humor
