Les Hubs d’ING aux Philippines ont vu le jour en 2013 sous le nom ING Global Shared Operations. Ils assurent des services de traitement internes pour les marchés financiers et les ouvertures de crédit, des services de négociation et des services financiers (TFS) pour certaines entités d’ING Wholesale Banking en Asie.

En 2023, les Hubs ING PH comptent plus de 4 800 employés qui fournissent plus de 286 services pour ING dans 40 pays. Il s’agit par exemple d’opérations Retail Banking, de produits Wholesale Banking, d’ingénierie informatique, d’activités KYC internationales, de services liés au risque et à la finance, d’analyses de données, de services juridiques, de services pour les employés, et bien plus encore.
