A day in the life of an IT Business Analyst

• You are a key player in the cooperation between Business, Architecture, and IT stakeholders. In this triangle you create insight, overview and structure in a complex IT and Business landscape to help guide the way for our squads.
• You discover and keep track of requirements, specifications and ideas with clear documentation
• You transform business requirements into actionable deliverables in close collaboration with Customer Journey Experts, Product Leads, Solution Architects, IT Integrators and Engineers
• You verify that the IT solutions meet the requirements by supporting testing
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to stakeholders.

• You're a self-starter, curious, good at puzzles, motivated by the details.
• You can find the right people, ask the right questions, know how to listen, draw quick and simple diagrams, write clear instructions and be transparent. You see the big picture and how things fit together.
• You have some relevant knowledge in user experience, software development patterns, risk, IT service management frameworks (i.e. ITIL), banking or other controlled environments.
• You have very strong social and communication skills to be an effective sparring partner for our business colleagues and to facilitate meetings, workshops etc. during your analysis

The team

You will be part of the Enterprise Content & Automation tribe, delivering capabilities and services related to Enterprise Content Management to enable digitalization of ING’s customer journeys through content capture, content delivery, archiving and storage services.

Within your chapter, you'll collaborate with a talented team comprising IT Integrators, Solution Architects, and IT Business Analysts. When implementing solutions, you'll work alongside these colleagues as well as Customer Journey Experts, Squad Masters, Dev/Ops Engineers, Test Managers, and more.
