A day in the life of a CJE in role management

Our Value Space specialises in offering customer friendly ways to manage who has access on their accounts (think about a parent accessing their children account, or an accountant working for a company).

  • You’ll provide our business customers with digital and user-friendly mandate management tools
  • You will shape the digital evolution of our mandate processes and other processes that we also own (such as Audit letters, RIB, company mergers & acquisitions,...)
  • You will lead the way to a more efficient, user-friendly & safe banking environment

  • Experience with leading/contributing to end to end IT projects and/or process improvements exercises (example: using lean management)
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience, of which minimum 2 in one or more of the following domains: digitalization, business analysis, marketing, project management and/or data analysis
  • Ability to organize your own work in function of team priorities.
  • Persuasive & good communicator, adapting your message on your audience.
  • A can-do and proactive attitude, and strong customer focus
  • A process knowledge on mandates or roles is a plus but not mandatory.

As a CJE in our squad, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Act as a product manager: Monitor, design and improve customer journeys.
  • Act as a project manager: Lead end-to-end digitalization projects and new-to-market services together with solution architects and the development team.
  • Act as a gate keeper: Ensure that the whole bank consumes and uses the mandates correctly all in compliance with our and regulatory requirements
