The Chapter ODI DevOps part of HR, Finance & Reporting engineering team, is seeking an IT Risk leader (Engineer III) to manage and mitigate risks related to our IT assets. If you have strong analytical skills, attention to details, and a solid understanding of IT systems and risk management practices you will be ideal for this role, and you will enjoy becoming a member of our dynamic and motivated and team.

Your key responsibilities

Risk Management

Mitigating IT risks and effectively manage potential risks while adhering to timelines,

requiring a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.

Assuring ING rules are well followed.

Risk Identification:

Assess potential IT risks for the different assets on various systems and processes.

Collaboration

Work with the different IT and Business teams to ensure compliance with risk management strategies at ING.

Communication and Training

Facilitating communication with different stakeholders by organizing and leading regular alignment and improvement meetings.

Strong and close communication with Chapter lead. Ability to effectively communicate and escalate issues in a constructive manner and with the aim of reaching the standards. Conduct training sessions to raise awareness about IT risk management among employees.

Together with the domain chapter leads you will look for the best ways to guarantee we meet the best IT risk standards.

You’re continuously looking for improvements in our way of working, while ensuring a safe and compliant bank.

You have:

  • Familiarity with IT systems and risk management practices.
  • Experience with cross cultural and cross time zone collaboration 
  • Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
