Mission

We are looking for a passionate .NET Developer to join our Agile team. You will be part of a business squad within a tribe focused on lending and insurance products, working closely with .net developers, software architects, and DevOps Engineers.

Your main responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications that support credit and insurance processes, directly impacting customer experience and operational efficiency.

Your day-to-day

  • Develop, implement and maintain .NET custom application;

  • User stories can be new features (SQL, .NET), technical improvements, bug fixes;

  • Design and implement microservices and integrate them with internal and external systems;

  • Write clean, testable, and scalable code, following SOLID principles and best practices;

  • Develop and maintain unit tests;

  • Work closely with the DevOps team for CI/CD, automated deployment, and monitoring;

  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, refinements, planning, retrospectives);

  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance for other squad members;

  • You will sometimes coordinate changes(releases) to production environments;

  • Provide support and investigation for production incidents (as 3rd line support).


What you bring to the team

  • University degree in Computer Science or other related fields preferred; equivalent experience will be considered;

  • 5+ years of experience in .NET Framework development;

  • Strong team collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally;

  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and SQL (MS SQL Server or others);

  • Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms;

  • Understanding of event-driven architecture and messaging systems (Kafka or others);

  • Experience with ORMs (EF Core, Dapper or others);

  • Proficiency in design patterns, OOP, and SOLID principles;

  • You are responsible for the features you implement, from writing code to supporting deployment and promptly fixing any issues;

  • Hands-on experience with unit testing, TDD, and mocking frameworks (XUnit or others);

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or others);

  • Knowledge of application security best practices (OAuth, JWT or others);

  • Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum or others);

  • Autonomous in executing tasks;

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset;

  • Proactive and self-driven approach to finding solutions;

  • The ability to give and receive feedback;

  • Effective communication skills, both with technical and business stakeholders.
