Data Analyst



ING Hubs Poland is hiring!

We are looking for you if:

  • have a minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field,
  • are familiar with data quality checks and ensuring data integrity,
  • are proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau or Cognos),
  • have tech stack and Knowledge - data reporting & statistics,
  • you possess strong communication and collaboration skills,
  • have experience with data modelling and dashboard creation,
  • have the ability to use data and analytics to inform decisions,
  • strong communication and stakeholder management abilities,
  • be open to feedback and willing to learn.

Your responsibilities:

  • analyze ESG-related data to provide insights and support decision-making,
  • develop and maintain data models and dashboards to track key metrics,
  • collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to integrate data solutions,
  • conduct data quality checks and ensure data integrity,
  • identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and validate ideas through discovery workshops,
  • apply data and analytics to drive continuous improvement,
  • document data processes and findings,
  • enhance the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.

At the newly formed Product area within Wholesale Bank for the Sustainable Solutions Group, we aim to integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into all aspects of our business. We believe that sustainable practices are essential for the long-term success of our customers and our company. Our role is to help our clients transition by providing and monitoring science-based data measurements and offering tools and processes to make sustainable choices and understand the impact of those choices.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer III”.
