INTERNSHIP – Support & Monitoring - Wholesale Banking Operations

ING Luxembourg is looking for intern for a period of 6 to 12 months (full-time or work-study) in the Wholesale Banking Operations department to strengthen its operational teams as from September 2025. Please note that only applicants who can provide a school convention will be considered.

ING Luxembourg's Wholesale Banking Operations department is organized in 4 areas :

  • Client Services : management of the relationship with customers
  • Depositary Bank Services : management of operations and controls for Investment Funds
  • Custody Services : management of operations over securities activity
  • Support and Monitoring Services : transversal team to support and monitor Wholesale Banking Operations department

The intern will have to integrate the Support & Monitoring Services, to handle current operations with rigor and customer orientation while scrupulously respecting the established procedures.

Your missions: 

Within the Support & Monitoring Services :

  • Cash reconciliation
  • Securities reconciliation
  • Fees monitoring
  • Controls management

Your profile: 

  • Training (BAC+3/BAC+5) with a commercial, economic or financial orientation;
  • French and English fluent (writing, speaking, reading)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
