ING Solutions Investment Management (ISIM) is looking for a Sales Support Intern to support its activities in Luxembourg starting from April for 6 months. 

ISIM is a subsidiary of ING Belgium (32%) and ING Luxembourg (68%). ISIM benefits from the status of a “Super ManCoas it has received licenses to manage both UCITS and Alternative Investment Fund (AIF). ISIM currently oversees Investment Funds distributed by different Group-entities: ING Belgium, ING Luxembourg, ING The Netherlands, ING Germany, ING Italy, ING Spain.
ISIM is the ManCo of ING Group and is pursuing its development as a key tool for Investment Fund solutions within ING Group. 


Your Missions

As a Sales Support Intern, you will contribute to the oversight and control of the delegated functions (Fund Sales) as well as actively contribute to the Marketing of ISIM funds.

You will be asked to assist the team in various controls, such as:

• Oversight and controls of delegated functions
• Review and analysis of the Key Performance Indicators & Key Risk Indicators of the Funds from a product management perspective
• Being responsible for the daily relation, under the supervision of a Sr. Relationship Manager, with some of our strategic clients
• Actively contribute to the development of Marketing materials and website development(s) and maintenance
• Preparation of client meetings (B2B)
• Preparation of the Board Packs of the Funds ISIM manages and the Management Board of ISIM

Given the small size of the team, the Distribution and Marketing Officer - Trainee will also provide support in various operational / administrative tasks of the ManCo whenever needed."

Your profile

Knowledge and Experience

•    Study in Economics / Finance. Marketing and webdesign are considered as an asset. 

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data analysis tools) and PowerPoint (ability to create and manage professional presentations with ease).
  •  French/English (other languages being an asset) 

Skills
•    Flexible and eager to learn

•    Entrepreneurial skills 
•    Fluency in French and English, knowledge of other languages being considered as an asset
