Dev Engineer

Dev Engineer is accountable for application development and application maintenance, regarding Front End channels on Microsoft platform (.Net technology VB.Net language), Middleware layer J2EE and Oracle.

She/He ensures following functional and technical analysis the implementations in accordance with the standards related to perfomance, security and code maintainability, with respect of time and budget during all the phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Application development in accordance with ING Bank standards
  • Work with project team in order to guarantee the adherence with the solution design in accordance with Technical Leader, Designer , Business analyst, Architect, Release&Configuration Team and the Application manager
  • Build source code and perform Unit Test
  • Work with Release and Configuration team in order to manage in the right way code sourcing, code merge and resolve code conflicts on time
  • Follow bugfixing during test phase (SIT and UAT)
  • Follow Production Issue resolution in production environment
  • Delivery defect analysis in order to measure the goodness of solution design and recognize
  • Check and feedback on functional and technical analisys
  • Manage communication and escalation process when required
