La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno dell’ufficio Daily Banking Legal Activities OPS  e si occuperà di supportare il team nella gestione delle attività operative e dei controlli legate ai processi di Successioni, Amministratori di Sostegno e CTU, garantendo la corretta applicazione delle policy locali, normative e procedurali.

Effettua i controlli da applicare sui processi di Area garantendone la continuità e l’efficacia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fornisce su richiesta report sulle attività gestite internamente e dai BPO.
  • Intrattiene rapporti di reciproca collaborazione con i BPO.
  • Collabora  in ambito di revisione dei processi e attività operative con l’obiettivo di migliorarne l’efficacia, efficienza e limitarne i rischi.
  • Collabora alla gestione delle pratiche di Successione.
  • Collabora alla gestione delle richieste dei Consulenti Tecnici d’Ufficio.
  • Collabora nel supporto della gestione delle richieste provenienti dagli Amministratori di Sostegno
  • Collabora all’aggiornamento dei processi in funzione di modifiche Regulatory.
  • Mette in atto tutte le procedure di controllo, previste dai processi interni.
  • Collabora con le aree della banca  al fine di risolvere in maniera efficiente le problematiche sulle pratiche.
  • Collabora all’aggiornamento dei manuali operativi e delle procedure dell’Area.
  • Contribuisce all’aggiornamento della reportistica di Area.

Experience and qualifications:

Laurea in Giurisprudenza/Scienze Politiche/Economia

Technical, language and other specialized skills:

La Risorsa ha una spiccata attitudine al lavoro di squadra e alle relazioni interpersonali.

È una persona precisa, curiosa e con un forte orientamento al risultato.

Deve avere capacità di analisi, competenze nella comunicazione scritta, capacità di Pianificazione delle attività, Problem Solving, Capacità di Organizzazione e Autonomia.
