ING Corporate Card Solutions provide credit card products to Wholesale Banking clients, entailing Corporate Cards, Central Travel Solutions, Purchasing Cards and Virtual Cards. These card solutions increase efficiency, cost effectiveness and improvement of data overview and costs controls.

To obtain the highest level of highest level of efficiency gains these solutions are integrated into the clients ERP and/or EMS systems.

Job description

The ultimate strategic goal of the Cards Implementation Manager is sustainable corporate profitability and growth. The method is to make your customers as satisfied, profitable and productive as possible. The Cards Implementation manager is responsible for the following:

Cards Implementation Managers are the glue between the client and the success of our product, ensuring it fits the client’s needs, processes, and enhances client lifetime value. Successful implementation of the agreed solution based on the signed contract and pricing agreement. Assisting clients in adding programs, cards and additional functionalities to an existing setup. Advising clients on set-up options to maximize the benefits of available card solutions. Training and advising clients on using available tools, such as ING Commercial Card Portal, Smart Data Real Time Account Management, Smart Data Reporting and/or Smart Data Purchase Control. Providing feedback to sales on relevant client performance and needs. Providing feedback to Product Management on product performance and client needs.

Your work environment

The ING Client Service Cards team, part of COO Clients and Digital Services, provides support for cards solutions to Corporate clients, customers throughout Europe. Recently established in the HUB SK, the department is set to expand in the coming years, incorporating activities related to the implementation and daily operations of commercial cards, card acquiring, and card payment collections. It collaborates closely with the Global Implementation Management team in HUB SK to enhance knowledge and capabilities.

You will work closely with several departments amongst others WB Corporate Card Solutions, Transaction Services and ING NL.

Transaction Services (TS) is one of ING Wholesale Banking's (WB) main business lines. We offer a suite of WB products and services to corporate and institutional clients. We are a significant contributor to the growth and profitability of the WB. Our strategy is aimed at ensuring that we continue to support sustained growth for the WB by delivering competitive and relevant TS products.

Who are we looking for

Candidates should be experienced in the following areas:

  • Knowledge of Commercial Cards products and solutions a is plus
  • Interest in the product offering of Commercial cards and willingness to learn the Commercial Card implementation process
  • Client focused with a proven track record in client services or client facing roles.
  • Ability to translate complexity into clear milestones and structure.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage deliverables from multiple partners and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Ability to develop relationships with business partners to ensure objectives are met and client have best possible experience.
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders at different levels such as treasury executives, employees in shared service centres, finance managers, managers at third party vendors etc.
  • Team player who can readily enable others around them.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and work well under pressure.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Competent communicator both written and verbal in English, other European languages are advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt and tailor message to particular audience (Sales, Product, Operations, and Client).
  • Effective disseminator of information to key parts of the business.
  • Strong knowledge of Commercial Cards solutions and platforms, such as, SmartData, inControl, CenterSuite, etc is advantageous.
  • Proficient with Office tools:  PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams etc.

Wage (gross)
From 2 550 EUR/month

*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
