Data Analyst - Process Mining Specialist

We are hiring a Data analyst – Process Mining to strengthen our Expert team, who will help us improve organization’s performance management by providing consultancy for the process mining projects in Celonis tool. The main responsibility is cooperate with process experts, manage backend and perform ETL jobs for process mining projects and support users on the front end by building dashboards and configure components in PQL. The role cooperates closely with other ING teams to drive efficiency gains and improve ways of working.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide consulting services to find the right data that suits the process mining tool
  • Perform data pseudonymization to improve privacy, increased data sharing, and better security
  • Create activity, case tables and build data models
  • Testing hypotheses and exploring the process flow
  • Assist with the technical aspects of Celonis, help users navigate the platform, and ensure that the data analysis is accurate and actionable
  • Manage user access and user groups
  • Training users in navigating the process mining tool
  • Cooperate with other departments and specialists such as Process Experts and Data Engineer across the organization
  • Identify potential gaps and highlight possible optimization and process improvements
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvements within the team
  • Way of working in line with Agile rituals

Personality requirements and skills

  • Active listening and ability to understand business needs to gather and analyze data
  • Experience of data entry, data processing with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insight that drives business value
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to help stakeholders identify issues and solutions using data, which can improve decision-making process
  • Effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders to provide high quality consultancy
  • Self-organized and big picture thinking, that helps build a vision of the opportunities ahead
  • Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability
  • Experience with Celonis or equivalent process mining platform is an advantage to perform data transformations, provide user access management and technical support
  • Knowledge of SQL is an advantage to provide guidance and engineering support to users

Wage (gross)

2.321 EUR/month

By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
