ING Australia is on the search for Delivery lead to join the team! This role is a key in the tribe, responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of the programs across the tribe. This includes the technical design, development, testing and deployment.

In this position, you will  lead the delivery of the key programs in the tribe, working with the IT
Area Lead, Tribe Lead, Product Owners, Architects, Squad and external vendors to deliver with high quality, on time, within scope and budget.

What you’ll do

  • Drive end-to-end delivery by managing scope, development, testing, and implementation.

  • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote the One Way of Working (OWoW) culture.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to align deliverables and manage dependencies.

  • Monitor team performance and risks to ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-conscious delivery.

What are we looking for?

  • Hands-on Agile delivery experience managing complex projects from start to finish.

  • Strong technical and analytical skills with deep understanding of banking systems and back-office processes.

  • Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager across teams, vendors, and geographies.

  • Proven track record in project delivery with 3+ years in financial services and international environments.

  • Self-motivated leader with coaching skills and a proactive approach to driving results.
