Within our Tribe Global Digital and Assisted Channels we are responsible for building, maintaining and operating 4 important global IT services:

  • OneApp: ING’s mobile App foundation
  • OneWeb: ING’s web foundation
  • IRIS: ING’s global employee portal
  • CC 2.0: ING’s Customer Communication services

As an ING global service provider with already more than 10 ING service receivers (ING countries), and still growing, we need to professionalize our contract and service management.

Responsibilities broadly include managing the contract lifecycle of external vendors involved for Omnichannel department as well as setting up the process and documentation for intra company sourcing and product governance for One App/Web and CC 2.0/IRIS.

Roles and responsibilities
The Contract and Service Manager has a couple of main focus areas:

  • Contract management
  • Service management
  • Risk Management
  • Financial Management

As Contract and Service Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Communication and (service) reporting towards our (internal) service receivers;
  • Organize service review meetings with ING internal service receivers;
  • Organize service review meetings with internal and external subcontractors
  • Contract management (operational & tooling)
  • Supporting the overall governance of the contract;
  • Risk management and compliance;
  • Projects and Lifecycle Management;
  • Support Financial management (forecasting, charging, linking pin)

  • Strong analytical skills

Your education and background

  • At least Bachelor's degree, you have a strong affinity with Contract and Service Management (strong with processes, communicative & customer oriented)
  • Good understanding, written and verbal in English
