Job Description

As the Process Expert for Exchanges & Clearing, you are responsible for operating and maintaining BaU processes that support our exchange and clearing memberships. You will support the Senior Trading analyst with analysis on usage, maintenance tasks, cost and risk. In addition, you will contribute to implementation projects of changes and additions to our market infrastructure.

Using exchange and clearing services either as member or via a broker commits ING to certain operational standards. Being the Exchange, Clearing & Post Trade Process Expert is the key responsibility of the role. You will be responsible for all maintenance aspects in relation to ING’s exchange and central clearing access.

Main roles and responsibilities:

As Process Expert you:

  • Take responsibility for projects/change initiatives from beginning to end including frequent updates on status/ progress and requirements gathering
  • Manage all stakeholders proactively that are involved in the realization of the projects/change initiatives
  • Transfer to our execution location following correct governance including sign-off
  • Take part in our stand-ups, refinement sessions and Quarterly Business Reviews to frequently present status and progress
  • Define training framework and provide trainings for stakeholders
  • Provide after-care support for changes implemented
  • Perform eServices Business As Usual (BAU) activities to support APAC stakeholders.
  • Set up users or new products across various exchanges
  • Support User Access Management (UAM) Reconciliation
  • Monitor error reports provided by the exchanges to promptly identify incorrect or missing records
  • Perform rulebook analysis to identify and reduce gaps between different venues and ING Financial Markets
  • Communication of new releases and follow-up support to relevant teams
  • Design the process flow and process controls
  • Monitor quality of process and quality of outcome
  • Supports the FM organization by optimizing the exchange and clearing processing street
