We’re looking for an experienced Credit and Policy Analyst to help shape credit strategy and drive commercial success in our Business Banking team.

Ready to make an impact?

What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute credit strategies to optimise risk reward trade-offs.
Support portfolio growth, and improved ROE through policy and settings enhancements and portfolio quality improvements
Deliver insights through reporting and performance analysis and monitoring
Improve customer experience through credit process innovation

What You’ll Bring:

8+ years in Financial Services with lending expertise.
A proven background in lending products and credit risk or credit operations.
Strong analytical, research, and credit risk skills.
Advanced Excel and stakeholder engagement experience.
Deep knowledge of Commercial Lending (CRE & SME).
