We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Journey Expert to join our Payments Delivery Area Team of Core Banking and Clients Tribe Spain

The responsibility of this team is is to provide the best solution for Payments considering customer needs, market behaviors, regulations, and user requirements, delivering high quality developments based on Agile Methodology. Your key responsibilities:

As a Customer Journey Expert expert in Payments Clearing you will:

Provide a broad knowledge on ING products, services, channels, and local Payments Regulations.

You are part of thedelivery team to define functional requirements, participation in testing and support before the Go-live.

You control the process of the Clearing systems, solve the incidents in case of errors, provide the information and help to the support teams or the providers.

You identify the products or services that best meet the customer's stated needs, use personal expertise to propose quantities and product configurations. You represent the voice of the customer (External and internal) improving the processes.

You analyze data to extract operational information for decision taken, create reports for Operations areas (MicroStrategy, Excel, Power Point, etc..). Analysis of evolutions, trends and volumes seeking improvements that increase customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.

You collaborate / day-to-day teamwork with suppliers. Detect incidents in the processes of external providers, report incidents and track them. Track processes with suppliers, propose improvement measures and measurements that establish the effectiveness of the actions implemented.

You are responsible for improving the service with an end-to-end mindset, for the day-to-day performance, for building reliable business operations and services, and for connecting it with internal or external parties.

You work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders, to make sure our products and services comply with regulation and policies.

• Master or bachelor’s degree between 5/7 years of experience managing complex projects.
• Customer focused and results-oriented person.
• Strong effective presentations skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong English is a must have.
• Remote Collaboration: be adept at collaborating with team members in different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
• Payment processing: Understanding of the end-to-end payment processing cycle, including authorization, clearing, and settlement. Have proven experience in Operations.
• Cross-Cultural Sensitivity & Empathy: Being aware of cultural differences within the offshore team fosters a positive and harmonious work environment.
• Adaptability: be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and time zone differences.
• Prioritization: Strong prioritization skills and ensure the team focuses on delivering high-impact results.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks in an offshore setup and implementing measures to mitigate them ensures smoother project execution.
• Deadlines Management: Efficiently managing time and deadlines to keep the development on track and deliver the product within scheduled timelines.
• Stakeholder Management: Engaging and managing stakeholders effectively for successful project outcomes.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills enable to address challenges and obstacles that may arise
• Tech: Although not mandatory, some technical knowledge to facilitate effective communication and understanding between the Product Owner and the development team.

Sus principales responsabilidades:

Como Customer Journey Expert experto en Compensación de Pagos, podrás:

Proporcionar un amplio conocimiento sobre los productos, servicios, canales y regulaciones de pagos locales.

Forma parte del equipo de entrega para definir los requisitos funcionales, la participación en las pruebas y el soporte antes de la puesta en marcha.

Usted controla el proceso de los sistemas de Clearing, resuelve las incidencias en caso de errores, proporciona la información y ayuda a los equipos de soporte o a los proveedores.

Identifica los productos o servicios que mejor se adaptan a las necesidades declaradas por el cliente, utiliza la experiencia personal para proponer cantidades y configuraciones de productos. Representas la voz del cliente (externo e interno) mejorando los procesos.

Analiza datos para extraer información operativa para la toma de decisiones, crear informes para las áreas de Operaciones (MicroStrategy, Excel, Power Point, etc.). Análisis de evoluciones, tendencias y volúmenes buscando mejoras que aumenten la satisfacción del cliente y la eficiencia de costes.

Colaboras / trabajo en equipo día a día con los proveedores. Detecta incidencias en los procesos de proveedores externos, reporta incidencias y realiza un seguimiento de las mismas. Realizar seguimiento de procesos con proveedores, proponer medidas de mejora y mediciones que establezcan la efectividad de las acciones implementadas.

Usted es responsable de mejorar el servicio con una mentalidad de extremo a extremo, del rendimiento diario, de crear operaciones y servicios comerciales confiables y de conectarlo con partes internas o externas.

Trabaja con las partes interesadas de Riesgo, Cumplimiento y Legal para asegurarse de que nuestros productos y servicios cumplan con la normativa y las políticas.

• Maestría o licenciatura entre 5/7 años de experiencia en la gestión de proyectos complejos.

• Un inglés fuerte es imprescindible.
• Colaboración remota: sé experto en colaborar con los miembros del equipo en diferentes zonas horarias y orígenes culturales.
• Procesamiento de pagos: Comprensión del ciclo de procesamiento de pagos de principio a fin, incluida la autorización, la compensación y la liquidación. Tener experiencia comprobada en Operaciones.
• Sensibilidad y empatía intercultural: Ser consciente de las diferencias culturales dentro del equipo offshore fomenta un ambiente de trabajo positivo y armonioso.
• Adaptabilidad: ser flexible y adaptable a las circunstancias cambiantes y a las diferencias horarias.
• Priorización: Sólidas habilidades de priorización y garantizar que el equipo se centre en ofrecer resultados de alto impacto.
• Gestión de riesgos: La identificación de riesgos potenciales en una configuración en alta mar y la implementación de medidas para mitigarlos garantiza una ejecución más fluida del proyecto.
• Gestión de plazos: Gestión eficiente del tiempo y los plazos para mantener el desarrollo en marcha y entregar el producto dentro de los plazos programados.
• Gestión de las partes interesadas: Involucrar y gestionar a las partes interesadas de manera efectiva para obtener resultados exitosos en el proyecto.
• Resolución de problemas: Las sólidas habilidades de resolución de problemas permiten abordar los desafíos y obstáculos que puedan surgir
• Tecnología: Aunque no es obligatorio, algunos conocimientos técnicos para facilitar la comunicación y el entendimiento efectivos entre el Product Owner y el equipo de desarrollo.
