Our Mortgages Tribe is at the forefront of shaping strategy and driving performance across the mortgages business. As part of the multi-year Mortgages program, we’re reimagining how ING originates mortgages through a series of strategic initiatives.

We’re looking for a PMO Manager with proven experience owning and managing project financials to join the Mortgages project team. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring financial accountability and governance support, across a complex transformation landscape.

What you’ll do

Own all aspects of project financial management including project forecasting, cost control and tracking, variance analysis, reporting, resource allocation and invoice processing
Ensure accuracy of data and timely inputs to ING financial management systems to enable accurate reporting and executive commentary in line with Transformance Office guidelines.
Manage procurement activities including contract execution and act as point of contact for vendors.
Partner and collaborate with Business, Technology, vendors and stakeholders.
Provide project governance support to the project team as required including status reporting, Steering Committee presentations and RAIDD register management.

What we’re looking for

5+ years’ experience in project management or PMO roles, with a strong focus on ownership of project financial management.
Fastidious organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage concurrent deadlines in a demanding environment.
Outstanding communication, both verbal and written, with experience managing stakeholders of all levels.
Direct vendor management experience.
Self-motivated and adaptable with experience navigating an ambiguous work environment.
Commercial acumen and problem solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and the MS office suite of tools.,
